Inflammation weed

I am not sure if I should continue taking it because I felt lite headed like I was smoking weed.

Did you take it on an empty stomach? Make sure you eat something before you take it and adjust the amount you take to a half a cup because it could be stronger for you since it’s a powerful herb so less is more.
