Refund policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS at this time due to the sensitivity of the products that we sell.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Upon receiving your product, you have 24-hours to contact us immediately with photos and/or video if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
MISSING PACKAGES
All physical items (herbs) that are shipped have a tracking number which is emailed to you upon fulfillment of said order. If the order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, you have 24 hours to notify us of the missing package so we can work on your behalf to track it down or issue a refund if applicable. After the 24 hours we will not be able to honor refunds.
